Dr. Sigler is board-certified in pain management & rehabilitation and sports medicine, specializing in pain medicine, spine and sports medicine.
He joined Kansas Regenerative Medicine Center in November 2020 and has been treating patients for a wide variety of spine and pain conditions, including neck pain, back pain, disc pain, sciatica, shoulder pain, hip and knee pain, small joint pain, nerve pain, muscle pain, tendinitis, and sports injuries.

Dr. Sigler is board-certified in PM&R and sports medicine, specializing in pain medicine, spine and sports medicine. He treats a wide variety of spine and pain conditions, including neck pain, back pain, disc pain, sciatica, shoulder pain, hip and knee pain, small joint pain, nerve pain, muscle pain, tendinitis, migraines, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndrome. He utilizes an extensive list of treatment modalities, including regenerative medicine, interventional pain procedures, nerve blocks, steroid injections, radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulators, minimally invasive spine surgeries and pain medication management.
Care Philosophy
I believe in providing the most advanced, evidence-based medical options for the diagnosis and treatment of complex pain syndromes of the spine, musculoskeletal and nervous systems. I customize the treatment plan for each patient to provide the optimum outcomes for their specific pain symptoms. In addition, I treat every patient with the same respect and care as I would for a member of my own family.
