At KRMC, our patients are at the core of everything we do. In light of the World Health Organization declaring the coronavirus (COVID-19) a pandemic, our top priority is keeping our patients, staff and communities healthy and safe as we continue to closely monitor the situation. 

While it sounds repetitive, we want to remind all of our past and future patients, the best advice is to take common sense, proper hygiene measures each day. Those recommendations from the CDC include:

• washing your hands often and for 20 seconds
• staying home if you feel ill
• avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
• covering a cough or sneeze with a tissue.

We would like to remind you that procedures are performed in our small outpatient office, using your own stem cells. Coronavirus or any virus will not affect the stem cells. We operate small clinics with just a few employees who have been fully trained in the CDC guidelines regarding coronavirus precautions.

We usually only perform procedures on one to three stem cell patients per day. We perform one to four in-person consults per day and we also may perform them via telephone.  We do not have a large number of patients coming into our clinics daily. Procedure rooms are completely wiped down with disinfectants after each patient. Lobby is disinfected daily. We seldom have more than ten people including staff in our clinic at anytime.  

As we all adjust to the new precautionary measures that everyone is taking to help prevent the spread of this virus, we want to reassure you that your safety and well-being continues to be our top priority.
